These are our three regular frequency magazines...
EX Dedicated to the ex-players, managers and coaching staff of West Ham United FC and the only retro magazine of its kind devoted to one Premier League club. Produced independently by Football World, EX was launched by editor and long-suffering Hammers fan Tony McDonald in November 2002. It's aimed especially at those of us who yearn for the good, ol' days when the game really was beautiful and players played for pride, the supporters and the love of the club. The days when most of the team were local lads and money didn't matter. EX features exclusive interviews with former Hammers from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, plus plenty of great, evocative pictures that ooze nostalgia. Now published on a quarterly frequency, every issue contains 40 glossy pages in a handy A5-format. To read more about EX please click on the front cover (right).
BACKTRACK Now in its fitth year of publication following launch in March 2004, Backtrack is especially or fans who loved speedway in the 70s & 80s. From Ivan Mauger, Ole Olsen and Anders Michanek to Peter Collins, Michael Lee and Kenny Carter, Backtrack recalls the speedway's last golden era, when it was still regarded as the nation's second biggest spectator sport. Published six times a year in A4 format under our Retro Speedway banner, every glossy 40-page issue features exclusive, new interviews with the track stars of the past. To read more about Backtrack please click on the front cover (right) and go to our Retro Speedway website...
CLASSIC SPEEDWAY The second of our magazines produced from the Retro Speedway stable, Classic Speedway was launched in May 2008. Whereas Backtrack focuses on the 70s and 80s, Classic concentrates on the previous decades of the 60s and 50s. Published quarterly, every issue includes exclusive, new interviews with former riders and great nostaglic photographs throughout the 44 glossy pages.
