I've read a number of interesting things in this book about my former team-mates and managers, what happened to them personally and their opinions on our time at the club, that were a revelation to me. I'm sure many supporters will be equally intrigued. A fascinating and insightful look into a golden era for Leyton Orient. A must-read book for any Os fans interested in their club's history and supporters who enjoyed the 70s in general. Immaculately produced with players' stats and interviews and many brilliant, previously unseen photos.

This book is a great read. It shows you what the club was really like. There are many contrasting views of situations, but you will definitely get a rounded view of what it felt like at the time. It is not all sweetness and light. A football club is a living, breathing entity; there is a common cause, but it is individuals with their own agendas that somehow have to come together; and they don't always.

This is a magnificent book. The illustrations and photographs are fantastic but it's the interviews which make it as good as it is. They are excellent.
